Windows 32-bit:
Generally, it is advised to install 32-bit versions of the software components for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems

- 64-bit GemmoRaman software installation is required in case 64-bit version of Microsoft Office has been installed to 64-bit operating system.
- Currently GemmoFtir only runs on 32-bit software. Therefore,a possible MS Office installation on the computer must be 32-bit version.

How to Upgrade the Software
Select Settings -> Check for Software Updates… from the top menu of the software and follow the provided instructions.
